- Large bulk trade orders: 2 to 4 working days for picking, packing and quality checks
- Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next available working day

2. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated transit times start counting the day your parcel is collected by the courier, after our internal processing stage is finished.

- Eligible European zone destinations: 4 to 9 working days courier transit
All timings displayed on the site are estimations and cannot be fully guaranteed against unforeseen external logistics disruptions, such as regional transport hold-ups or seasonal courier backlogs.
3. Courier Disclaimer
We partner with trusted third-party courier firms to complete all final-mile delivery. While we carefully select reliable logistics providers, we do not hold full responsibility for events entirely outside our control once goods leave our warehouse facility.
Scenarios covered by this disclaimer include transit delays caused by adverse weather, regional transport strikes, border inspection waiting periods, courier operational errors, and temporary national logistics restrictions. We will assist you in tracking and raising enquiries with the courier, but cannot offer compensation for late deliveries arising from these external factors.
4. Incorrect Address Policy
You are fully responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address, valid postcode and active contact number at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incomplete, misspelled or outdated address details you provided, the courier will return the goods back to our warehouse.

Complimentary standard delivery applies to all eligible orders shipped to domestic mainland addresses and approved European territory locations, with no separate shipping charge added to your checkout total.
European Import Tax & Customs Duties
All displayed product prices at checkout only cover the cost of the cabling goods and our complimentary delivery service. Import VAT, customs duties, clearance administration fees or any other regional border charges required by local authorities for European zone shipments are not included in your order payment.
These local border levies are separate charges collected by customs authorities upon arrival in your territory, and will need to be settled by the recipient before the courier can complete final delivery. We cannot pre-pay, cover or reimburse any European import tax or duty fees after your order has been dispatched.
